A tale of three brothers

The Halifax explosion set a lot of things in motion for the Oland family. George W.C.’s sons – Sidney, George Bauld, and Geoffrey – went to work in three different breweries in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. The brothers were a competitive bunch, and their businesses went head to head in the Maritime market for many years.
